BashBuster.com will provide a LIMITED LIFETIME “shatter proof” WARRANTY on the BashBuster HPI Baja 5b Lower Front Body Panels.
FIRST 30 DAYS are covered for FREE!

BashBuster.com stand's behind the product to provide Quality Control and your satisfaction.

This simply replaces your defect part and no other consequential damage(s) or expense(s).

This is and applies to the original owner only and proof of purchase can and will be requested if needed.

This provides a resolution should your BashBuster’s shatter on impact.

If that was the case it is covered. As with any plastic material it will break, crack,

burn and melt and those conditions are not covered along with your installation

or expense to paint or any other consequential damages. The material used

is very durable. It will dent, scratch, tear and crack etc. as will most plastic materials.

Nothing is unbreakable nor is this product.

Should you BashBuster panel(s) shatter and break like glass BashBuster.com will replace the set,

under the following conditions,

You must send back the damaged part(s) or at least a majority (80%) of the shattered fragments at your expense.

Only one warranty replacement claim per purchase.

BashBuster.com will cover return shipping.

A replacement-handling fee payment must be included or sent by Paypal for $17.00 after the first 30 days.

This is just to state some other limitations, this is only in effect as long as production is current and made available for sale and in stock.

Nor can it be expected for the warranty to be fulfilled should production stop or be halted for any reason.

Nor can it be expected for production to resume to make replacement parts should production not be available.

This is only valid while current production is in effect and on hand and for sale.

Current production versions will be used as replacement parts as versions and upgrades are always in progress.

There is no guarantee your replacement will be the same version as your damaged part,

it depends on the current generation being sold and available for shipment.

There may be other exclusions and conditions at the time of warranty, as a purchaser you agree to and have read these conditions.

*There is no longer a valid warranty in effect if production has ended and parts are no longer available for whatever reason under any and all circumstances provided by the manufacture (BashBuster.com). By purchasing a BashBuster lower front body panel set it is understood that the buyer (purchaser, end user) has read this warranty and agrees to this entire warranty without disagreement, hesitation, question or default.
