It has come to my attention that some of the last production of BashBuster's may have not passed my hammer impact smash test.
 A test set is actually hit/smashed with a hammer to check the impact resistance.
 The idea is make sure that they only dent, scratch or possibly crack or tear and do not shatter.
 Apparently some of the sets in question went out in a "brittle" state.
Anyone that purchased a set or sets during April 2008 is entitled to a full refund or a free replacement set, should you have a set in question. 
I encourage you to use the sets that you have and see if they break. All I ask is a picture if possible to my email.
I'm addressing this before someone thinks BashBuster's where poorly made and not durable.
 There was a possible error in the last production and I'm fixing it and will replace all shattered sets at my full expense.
 No returns will be requested, just a picture if possible (so I can study it).
Just confirm with a picture that your set was affected and it will be replaced or refunded at your option.
All the shipping records are on file and replacements will go out as new sets are made.
 This will be at least a week to 10 days. If you were given a free set, those will not be able to be replaced at this time.
It would be necessary to get an email to hear from you if your set was affected.
You must report your problem to make a claim for replacement or refund within 60 days from date of purchase.
Please include your full shipping info so I can find your paper work.
My apologies for this problem but I'm here to stand behind my product and make good for it.
 Your satisfaction is my main concern as well is my reputation.
